We also welcome anyone in any country but please know the calls will be run in English, even though some Team Leaders do speak other languages.

Hi! I'm Jeannie Marie, the Pioneering Engagement Catalyst for South Asia. I'll be hosting the calls, interviewing each Team Leader, and getting you all connected to each other. We're going to have some great conversations!

I'll also stay on the calls afterwards to answer any questions you have in a Group Coaching Q&A, so you have access to me, as well as the Team Leader on each call. BONUS!

Some of the calls can be recorded and some can't because of security. 

But even if you know you can't come every month, still sign up, so you'll know when each call will be...who will be interviewed...the topic discussed...and to get the Zoom link, and the Replay (if it's possible.)

I'll send a follow up email each month with all the links and optional discovery homework as well to everyone who signs up for the Masala Calls series.

It would be valuable to come to as many of the calls as possible, because we'll have different focus' each month (ie. business, movements, medical).

If you are a mobilizer or a church leader and just want to check it out so you can tell others—or you know you're joining a particular team leaders team—just sign up and write a note about that. We'd LOVE to have you too.

Yes! That way you will all get the reminder and follow up e-mails and might be watching on a separate device at times.

If you're hosting for a group you're mobilizing, encourage them to sign up separately, even though you might log in on one Zoom link each week. For example, the first week, you might invite them to try it with you. Then if they find it helpful, have them sign up on their own at www.jeanniemarieacademy.com/masala

If you're watching as a family and use one e-mail address, then signing up on one e-mail is fine. Please note that when you sign up, how many plan to be watching. Thanks!

Yes! You don't have to be signed up with an organization, committed to go, or have a plan yet. 

You just need to be interested and willing to consider serving in South Asia as an option (and I need to know who invited you into the Calls).

There will be people on the call who are already very sure, committed, and going too. So you'll get to meet them and be inspired by them.

Yes! If you're a pastor or parent, you can be cheering on the people you're sending out AND really hear what it's going to take to support them, from the inside, from the field.

If you're a mobilizer or sending base Field Prep Coach, we LOVE having you join so you can hear about specific teams on the field directly from Team Leaders themselves.

You'll get the monthly reminders that will tell you which Team Leader and location and topic will be the highlight of the call, so you can decide if it's beneficial for you to join.
